About Indigo’s People
Indigo’s people have extensive local and international experience in a variety of areas, from public relations,
hospitality, travel and incentives to exceptionally creative event marketing, project management and design.

Indigo offers infrastructure knowledge of the automotive, financial, local government, advertising and media
industries, and constantly aims to provide their clients with a leading edge.

Indigo draws from a very experienced team of contracted staff, who all have their own fields of expertise.
From travel partners on the ground in over 25 countries to local audio visual and stage building experts,
most of our contracted staff have been working with Indigo on various projects for the last 10 years.

Key People
Laurie Matthews BBS. Laurie is a director/owner of Indigo and has 20 years experience in tourism marketing, 9 years in project management for travel incentive programmes, and 12 years in the hospitality, event marketing and management industry in 20 countries.
Laurie has worked in the UK, New Zealand and Australia.

Koen Boons. Koen is also a director/owner of Indigo and has 23 years experience in advertising, event project management (corporate and theatrical), graphic design, set and lighting design, and digital imaging.
Koen has worked throughout Europe, New Zealand and Australia.

Julie Wales. Julie has 15 years experience in conference and incentive management and sales, and has been working in New Zealand and Australia.
